SEPULCHRAL SILENCE, S.L hires its virtual infrastructure according to an American software model. Hubspot, which is outside the European Economic Area but complies with applicable regulations and with the guarantees required by European regulations (art. 28.3 RGPD, also included in the Privacy Policy Hubspot: https://legal.hubspot.com/privacy- policy).
No other data communications are foreseen, unless they are necessary to comply with a legal obligation.
What are your rights when you provide us with your data?
